Tokens is made by Tiny App Studio. It was designed so that we physically cannot see your data: there is no Tokens server, no account, and no analytics.

WHAT TOKENS TOUCHES ON YOUR MAC

Tokens for Mac reads the login credentials that your existing CLI tools (Claude Code, Codex) store locally, and uses them for exactly one thing: asking Anthropic's and OpenAI's own usage endpoints for your limits — the same numbers those tools show you themselves. It also scans their local session logs to estimate daily tokens and costs. Credentials and logs never leave your Mac; only the resulting usage numbers do.

WHAT SYNCS, AND WHERE

Usage percentages, reset times, token counts and cost estimates sync through your private iCloud database, encrypted and tied to your Apple Account. Apple stores it; we have no access to it. Deleting the apps and your iCloud data removes everything.

WHAT NEVER SYNCS

Prompts, conversations, source code, API keys, login tokens, file names, project names. None of it is collected, transmitted to us, or synced anywhere.

YOUR RIGHTS

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to hand over or delete — your data lives in your own iCloud and on your own devices. Questions or requests: hello@tinyappstudio.io.
